January 1: Deadline for individuals on the program to renew their membership PASSED

January 15: Deadline for correction to the program PASSED

DEADLINE EXTENDED to March 7: Deadline for booking hotel room through ASECS's discounted room block. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date, whichever comes first. PASSED
